BMCI is proud to announce that this year marks 25 successful years in the erosion and sediment control industry.
Beginning small in 1992, the company moved forward and prospered with only a few employees, working materials, and equipment. We were a couple of men with an idea and a dream with a few resources to make it happen.
The company was small, humble, and simple. At the time, the only services BMCI provided were cleaning jobsites, placing gravel bags and sand bags where needed to mitigate the damage caused by the rain.
Twenty-five years ago, it was just like playing with water. No rules, just finding the way to lessen the rain’s damage.
As Southern California and the greater Irvine area has changed and expanded, our company has also evolved. BMCI used a water truck for dust control on land that has now been developed. BMCI is proud to have been a part of some of the great changes to Orange County.
Nowadays, all BMCI employees are trained not only in erosion control and sediment control (SWPPPs) but also in safety programs and construction in general.
It’s more than just playing in the rain—today, our company has more knowledge than when we first began our journey. We have worked with countless companies and have built strong relationships with people from the trades.
Today, we have better equipment, tools, materials, training and knowledge which makes us one of the leaders in the industry, holding a myriad of certifications and accomplishments. We proudly have QSP and CISEC certifications and survived the Santiago fire that destroyed nearly everything we had almost a decade ago. We have had plenty of trials and tribulations, but it has undoubtedly been a successful quarter of a century.
BMCI started as an idea and a simple dream. Today we are living and improving the dream with many more people on our team. Our company wouldn’t have been able to make it this far without the unfailing support of our clients, faithful employees, and endless dedication to help BMCI grow and strive.
We are so proud of our growth and hopeful for what the future will bring next.
